Processing Time

All Squishy Play playdough is freshly handmade in Sydney, Australia.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and packed. During busy periods, sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia PostΒ 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

β€’ NSW Metro: 1–3 business days

β€’ Interstate Metro: 2–6 business days

β€’ Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

We may offer:

Childcare Centres, Schools & Bulk Orders

Bulk orders for childcare centres, schools, therapists and NDIS providers may have extended processing times depending on volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Squishy Play is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

While we take great care in packaging our products, once parcels leave our premises, they are in the hands of the courier.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a courier investigation.
